    Do you run a business and do not want to pay the fees associated with acquiring or renting a payment terminal, but at the same time would like to give your customers the opportunity to pay by card? You can also have the terminal on your phone.

    Before first use:

    What are the advantages of REVO SoftPOS?

    • You don't need to buy or rent any other device - it works through a mobile app
    • You always have the terminal with you, even on the go
    • Electronic receipts – simply sent by e-mail. You can scan QR code or take a screenshot.

    Who is the REVO SoftPOS application intended for?

    • Clients who have an TAX ID and do the business in the Czech Republic.

    What is the procedure for setting up the REVO SoftPOS application on mobile?

    • Signing a contract on Card acceptance of payment at any Raiffeisenbank branch or directly with our sales representative
    • After signing the contract, the client will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to download and activate the REVO SoftPOS application

    Are there any phone/tablet requirements?

    • Devices with Android OS version 9 and above
    • Integrated NFC reader
    • Access to Google Play.

    Will REVO SoftPOS replace standard terminals?

    For companies with a larger volume of transactions, where receipts need to be printed, or where a terminal needs to be connected to a cash register system, REVO SoftPOS does not replace standard terminals, but it can work as a supplement. E.g. in a restaurant, it can be used
    standard terminal, but REVO SoftPOS can be used for deliveries. Features such as tips, connection to cash register are not available in the application.

    Does the REVO SoftPOS application also work on iOS?

    Unfortunately, at the moment, Apple does not offer the possibility to offer such an application on iOS for the Czech market - it does not allow access to NFC for financial payments.

    Is the app safe?

    This is an environment that is controlled by card associations in terms of the security of card payments. Thanks to the variable PIN keyboard, which changes the position of the numbers, the PIN is entered differently every time and it is therefore impossible to misuse it.

    In daily use:

    I can't load the card, what should I do?

    The NFC (card reader) area can be in a different location in each mobile device. Try to place the card in several places on the back of the device, or try to remove the device from the case. The application contains function NFC locator.

    What should I do if I lose/break my phone?

    Just download the app on the new device and activate it using the same data that was used for the first device.


    How can I cancel the application?

    It is not enough to just uninstall the app, you also need to cancel the contract. Contact our sales representative, who will handle all the necessary formalities with you.

    Features and accepted cards:

    What cards can be accepted using the REVO SoftPOS application?

    Maestro, Mastercard, VISA and VISA Electron. REVO SoftPOS also accepts electronic meal vouchers and benefit cards – Benefit Plus, Estravenka, Ticket Restaurant, which bear the mark of card associations (MC/VISA).

    What functions are available in the app?

    Available functions are transaction history, sale transaction and transaction cancellation directly in the application (within 14 days), generation of receipts (email, QR code, screenshot).

    Can an external bluetooth printer be connected to the application?

    Not.

    Does the receipt serve as a tax document?

    No.

    How to print a receipt?

    Receipts are only electronic and we send them via e-mail that the customer enters. You can also scan QR code from the screen or take a screenshot.

    How can I get an overview of the transactions made?

    You can find an overview of transactions (transaction history) directly in the application. You need to swipe to the right on the main screen and choose the „Transaction history“ option. You can immediately see whether the transaction was approved or rejected. After clicking on a specific transaction, you will see the details of the transaction.

    You will also see the transactions directly in the Customer Portal. We will also generate a transaction report for you in .xls and .txt.
